Event Setup
Help us set up and prepare the venue as vendors, performers, food trucks, and guests arrive on Saturday, July 4th. Preparation is a key component to any successful event. A few roles where we can use your God-given talents include Roles for the celebrations by arranging decorations and organizing supplies. Your efforts will ensure a smooth start to the festivities.
Hospitality & Information
Join our hospitality team and/or take a turn at the Information Booth. By assisting guests and participants with details about the activities and schedules for the America 250 event in Point Blank, Texas, you have an opportunity to extend kindness and genuine care—helping everyone feel valued and welcome as part of our community.
Cleanup Crew
Assist in the cleanup of the entire campus before, during, and after activities to help us maintain a clean and beautiful environment for all attendees. Together, we can create an ongoing tidy and organized space throughout the event and after to keep Point Blank sparkling for everyone to enjoy.
